Breakfast

I do not eat breakfast very often. I know it is the most important meal of the day and having breakfast is something most doctors recommend but if I have to get up half an hour earlier to make myself breakfast, I am not very happy about it. If I do, however, eat breakfast it is a light meal such as cereal. Other times I go without breakfast.

Lunch

Lunch is a completely different thing. Because of the nature of my work it's frequently a working lunch – I meet my clients for an early lunch. It is generally a large three-course lunch at a restaurant. And I am able to fit that into a one-hour break.

Dinner

Because of a my busy schedule I never prepare dinner. If I do it is on those rare occasions when I invite my friends over. As a rule I go to restaurants. Very often I try out new venues just to have some variety in my meals. Recently my friend recommended a restaurant run by an Italian, which obviously serves Italian food and is famous for its pasta. When I decided to try it it turned out that not only was it a very expensive place but also the restaurant was fully booked and even if I had wanted to I couldn't get a table. So I decided to go to a cheaper Chinese restaurant that I really like. I love the fact that the whole restaurant is non-smoking so I don't have to deal with the odour of cigarette smoke. What really appeals to me are also the very friendly waiters that serve you with a smile and are full of tact. They have no problems with me studying the menu for fifteen minutes while deciding what I will order. It is really hard to decide because the menu includes a plethora of meals. When I am finished with it I order something on the menu and in seconds I have my food ready. To say the service is excellent and quick is a big understatement - it's just amazing. As soon as I am done with the food and have paid the bill I go to the other side of the street to a bar. It is a small, half-empty bar that I visit pretty much every other night. I usually order a quick drink and within 15 minutes I am on my way back home.
